We are delighted to kick off our important Spring fundraising campaign with a very special three-part webinar series, Consciousness & Healing, focusing on the science and practice of energy, intention, and meditation as they relate to health and healing.

Moderated by IONS Director of Research, Helané Wahbeh, the Consciousness & Healing Series begins this Friday with the first of three inspiring and information-packed sessions:

Session 1
Energy Medicine:

The Intersection of Mind, Body, and Spirit
Friday, May 15, 2020
11:00 am – 12:15 pm (Pacific)

Register to attend live or receive a link to the video recording. The recordings will be available to the public for a limited time. IONS Members receive unlimited access to all recordings from this webinar series.

IONS Scientist and Molecular Biologist Dr. Garret Yount and Director of Research Dr. Helané Wahbeh will discuss IONS most recent study of energy medicine, while healer and study participant Josephine Laing will share her experience and practical advice for our audience. Finally, Dr. Yount will connect the dots between the mind and immune system with a brief overview of psychoneuroimmunology, how our body systems are intrinsically interconnected, and why this is important in one’s daily life.

These topics spring from our hypothesis that everything is interconnected, and this noetic worldview is increasingly crucial for awakening a future in which we all thrive.
