The Curse Of Introductory Content In The Digital Marketing Blogging Community

It seems like almost every digital marketer in the blogging community has run out of creativity. Instead of digging deeper into the various elements of digital marketing, most well-known bloggers and authors continually pander to beginners.

I suppose it’s because beginners make up the bulk of their target audience. But there’s another segment that needs attention.

Marketers that know the vocabulary and may even be well-versed in advanced techniques and strategies already are also consumers of blog posts.

There’s a growing sea of blog posts. The number is in the billions. We all know this and we know we have to differentiate our own efforts to stand out and survive.

I propose that more bloggers target advanced readers and stop pandering to beginners only.
